An incredibly simple and delicious dinner. Cooking is very easy and quick. Broccoli and cauliflower are very tender and soft. Delicious casserole. Oven vegetables are a very healthy and light meal. So cook vegetables and a delicious dinner will amaze you. An aromatic and delicious dinner recipe for the whole family. I've never eaten broccoli with cauliflower so delicious. The recipe for a delicious casserole.
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Medium sized broccoli.
Cauliflower 400gr.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
2 tablespoons of milk.
Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes.
1 onion.
Sunflower oil.
Fry the onions until golden brown.
Mix.
Paprika 130gr.
Sunflower oil.
Mix.
Add the bow.
Add paprika.
Tomato 2.
3 eggs.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Mix.
Sunflower oil 5 tablespoons.
Flour 130gr.
Mix well.
Milk 400ml.
Add the second part of the milk.
Dill and parsley.
Mix.
Cheese 150gr.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180 ° C (350 F).
Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons.
Yogurt 3 tablespoons.
2 cloves of garlic.
Dill. Parsely.
The sauce is ready!
The delicious casserole is ready!

What I loved about this receipe was it was super easy to follow as I was cooking. I am American so had to look up flour measurement and its 1/2 a cup. I used olive oil and worked just as good probably could use any good oil on hand. I use white cheddar cheese for this dish and broiled it for for an extra brown look. For the tomatoes I only had cherry tomatoes. Just halved them and cut in 2 or 3s depending on size of tomato. Salt is all you need for taste in my opinion but because I like pepper I added after dish was done. The temp and time was perfect for my oven. My son loved it who is a picky teen and my husband who loves meat loved it. He hates onions but sautéed are certainly the way to go before added to dish. I give this a 10/10.

Nothing new about any of this, been doing much the same for years, my mother done this when I was a kid and that was 70 years ago ! its just cauliflower, broccoli cheese. I flavour the cheese sauce with salt, pepper, and english mustard, all to taste and slice tomatoes and put on top. Nice with English pork sausages and mashed potatoes.

I think it looks delicious, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it is healthy. Too much oil and dairy fat. But that's what makes it yummy!
