RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 onions.
Olive oil.
1 carrot.
Dinner will be very tasty and fragrant!
Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
1 zucchini.
Salt and stir.
Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
Rice 2 cups.
Rinse well.
Salt. Black pepper.
Water 800 ml. / 3 cups.
Mix well.
Cook for 25-30 minutes. The water should seep into the rice!
While the rice is cooking, I'll make the mushroom sauce.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Mushrooms 350 gr. / 6 cups.
Salt. Black pepper.
Cook for 10-12 minutes. Water must appear!
Mix!
Marinara sauce 250 gr. / 1 cup.
Water 50 ml. / 1/4 cup.
Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Dill.
Enjoy your meal!

Zucchini is a staple in my fridge. I add it to EVERYTHING. If AIRFRYERs are available wherever you are. Sliced zucchini is wonderful cooked in an AIRFRYER without adding oil or butter just spices. Also the best way to cook sliced mushrooms into crispy mushrooms. I use the AIRFRYER for just about everything. I've even bought a second one.

This reminds me of my Mums recipes, mostly in İstanbul you come across these types of recipes, if you are from Germany are you sure you don't have a Friend from İstanbul😂 One thing is old people hate to mix rice with other vege's mostly, whereas young generation or we middle age have no time so want everything in one dish.
