✨✨✨, Also I just learned in DBT the square breathing technique, which has helped me. I’ve had anxiety and attacks most of my life and counted breathing helps me, but using distraction which I also learned in therapy also helps me a ton with everyday things. Best of luck 🤞

As someone who works at mcdonalds, if your local mcdonalds offers the muffin with jam its much cheaper than a sausage and egg mcmuffin with nothing on!! the jam comes in a packet so you dont have to use it either and can save it, save your coin sis!
