First time I've ever seen anyone teach two types of crow hops, a three step drop step and the shuffle. Super cool way to describe the mechanics of loading power in a shot. Always used both when shooting, but never had the proper terminology to describe it. Feel like kids would really benefit from having it taught that way when learning to shoot at young ages.

@seanbeiles9255 I don't know about that. When I played in the 80's, we had different home/away uniforms... but one helmet; set of elbow pads; and gloves. They weren't even in the right shade of blue; Bacharach bucket helmets and Brine gloves were only made in limited colors. Today my college team has three different helmets; 5 or 6 different uniform combinations; "shooting shirts" (wtf is that all about?); sideline jackets and insulated bottoms; etc. And they get all new stuff every year. We had the same equipment for my four years. Now you kids get off my lawn! 😆
