well, before lsa was created this was a 2 seat ultralight to be used only for training by proper persons, this one has an n number so yes it is now an lsa aircraft not an ultralight VEHICLE

That is a light sport aircraft not a ultralight‘s. They do make them exactly the same for an ultralight, but that would only be one seat.. And without any doors would be the correct way of saying it. Not without no doors lol.
