You need to take advantage of that Hunter melee too. It's one of the best; hold onto the power melee button and send a dart toward an enemy which will look for other close by enemies then it comes back to you. If done properly, you catch the dart and maintain the majority of your melee energy. Oh, and the dart severs your target, reducing damage by 25%. It may not get the kill, but this can make such a difference. I'm shocked it's not more popular.

I actually used a variant of this build with Round Robin and Duality, and also used that fragment that has a chance to spawn threadlings on Strand weapon kills. It is actually a pretty solid build and I went Flawless this weekend

I've mainly been running the Bombadiers version of this mainly to deter Anteaus-Titans. I'm shockingly bad at PvP but clutched a 1v3 with it. As the opposition collapsed on me - I dodged and the bomb/clone/threadlings took out 2 and damaged no.3 enough for a quick cleanup. I still can't get the hang of the Super though (not that I get much of a chance to actually have it up) I will give the 6th Coyote build a go though for the radar shenanigans - and incorporate a few tips from the comments section below - like having a hatchling weapon, using the melee dart to explode the clone plus maybe seek to the enemy player. Might even try the version with Radiant Dance Machines.

Doing this with widows silk for two grenades along with two dodges, paired with generation and evolution, and bolstering detonation, and bomber mods; it's an endless stream of threadlings. I like to open an engagement with all the threadlings and just overwhelm and conquer. The ability regen of it all, you'll almost certainly have threadlings at all times.

I used this build 2 weeks ago for trials. Didn’t use it for damage but used it mainly to confuse the enemy and mess with their radar.

if you get that clone near the enemy, you can use the melee on it and it will track to the nearest enemy.

With the new changes bombardiers doesn't break the clone. However it still can lead to the one shot if you place it at the right angles, or ape effectively. And it's absolutely hilarious

Solid build, there's so many ways to adapt it to fit different maps and playstyles. Geminis go hard if you're all in on radar manipulation. Also, I didn't notice if Jake had it, but make sure you have Thread of Evolution on, especially if you want to kinda mimic his playstyle

I usually use 6th coyote double clones and double nades. Traveler’s chosen and either snipe or monarch. 5 abilities and one strand ball given on a melee dmg or kill. Usually monarch buzzard sidearm is best. Or just make 12 threadlings 🤣 always funny to see them running and jumping, playing duck hunt fr fr. Good lil threadling hunt’n 🐕 .

So... the dodge (wich already is sick and does some good stuff) spawns a decoil... wich is nasty already..the decoil also drops threatlings who tracks the enemy and deal damage. i never want to hear you complain about titanwalls again. great content btw

I’ve been enjoying the Bombadiers build with two Threadling Grenades. Less emphasis on screwing with their radar, but it offers some nice balance between defense and offense. Pushed by a Titan, dodge. If it doesn’t kill him chances are he’s weak and running, throw a nade to chase and finish him. It’s been fairly consistent

I personally don't like bombadiers for a couple reasons. Can't use your clone as a shield, can't use it to cover a door, etc. The damage is good but I just can't sacrifice the utility myself

@@ElionVydell why can’t you use the clone as a shield? The explosive doesn’t destroy the clone. You’re not going to get a kill with that bomb all the time. Sometimes I still dodge to do that very thing.

I prefer having double grappling grenades instead of dive and threadling grenades. Fun to swing around a corner, grapple melee, dodge away to create a clone and get melee back, then throw the dart at the clone. Or sometimes I'll swing in, melee, drop both clones. Or out in the open I'll make a clone and use it for cover, use the grapple to try and get away in a pinch. Lots of fun ways to use it, so much utility and so many options

Bombadiers dont make the clone explode its really just extra damage so anyone rushing you really hard gets one shot from the bomb then the clone
