I'm playing on 5 worlds. On 1 world, I have enough nutcrackers to get a free mass aid every day. On 3 worlds, I'm close - collecting 25+ fragments. On the last world, I'm still struggling to get the production up, but that is the goal!

The Chocolatery buildings (from Winter event) are MUCH better than they appear on raw stats because of their Nutcracker Guardhouse fragments. With 3 upgraded (golden) Chocolateries, I now have almost enough Guardhouses to get a full mass-self-Aid daily. I'm quite ok with getting MORE than one mass SA kit per day, as it means that I can more easily put a "Finish All Special Productions" to good use 😁

10:00 you don't need a bigger guild or more people to Aid your city daily. You need more Nutcracker Guardhouse buildings (to produce Mass Self-Aid kits)! Go for the Chocolatery in the upcoming Summer event (it's a daily special) to start producing some Guardhouses... The underlying trend and cause of the problem is that Inno have been introducing more and more decent small buildings. It's just getting harder to have them all motivated/Aided/polished daily regardless of how active your guild and friends are.

im unsure why this fellow's city is so undernourished but I just use about 6 out of thousands of single aids to buff up the unaided event buildings. i also mass aid everyone I can in my lists and that returns a better result than not aiding everyone. also, I've been thinking that maybe the several event buildings could be suffering from the same glitch as the settlement buildings and might benefit from storing and redeployment.

Try to concentrate on acquiring the Nutcracker Guard lvl 2... at lvl 2 one of these generates 3 fragments of Mass Self-Aid kit... and if you have 10 Nutcrackers that will give you each day a full Mass Sell-Aid kit... You can then use it on your city worry free... I am at 26 fragments per day... and still have more than 70 Mass Self-Aids... soon I will have 28 fragments per day and then 30... And then a home run...!!! The fragments for the Nutcracker are produced by the Ketebo Candy Delights... (also known as the Chocolate Factory)

Wrong. A collection of good smaller buildings is much better than larger ones. It is easy to generate a Mass Self Aid kit per day by just having a few Nutcracker Guardhouse (Depending on level). Never going to get all buildings motivated by Friends.

I have to use the Mass Self Aid every day (thankfully I get a new one every day via the Nutcracker Guardhouses) because I have literally too many buildings to be aided.

Same for me, and I'm in a big guild, but there's just too many buildings for everyone to aid. Thankfully I get a mass self aid pretty much every day.

Those trees are making more self aid kits than they are using in aid from other players.

Have you thought about Ageing up as with they removing GvG the best age to be in is Space Age Titan? You should also look at building a Seed Vault.

My plan is to get to SAT, but am currently fighting my way through the continent maps of the OF. Staying in FE until I get to the end of VF maps.
