I've started my Mounjaro Journey: Week 1 & Results!!

Welcome to my journey on the Mounjaro injection.
As a Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher, I have surprisingly struggled with my weight. Currently suffering from an Under-Active Thryroid, hitting the Peri-Menopause era, having two young children and diagnosed Depression.

@ That’s lovely to hear, I wish you could too x First jab yesterday, not sure how I feel, bit less hungry but nothing else as sure if it’s placebo effect as yet x

@ Two days in with no side effects and started with the sulphur burps, terrible diarrhoea and vomiting, finally settling 6 hours later. 😩 x

I started yesterday and my stomach has been doing somersaults ever since, so I've had no sleep and hardly anything to eat 😭 I'm jealous of people with no side effects!

Some weeks I've experienced hardly any side effects and other weeks I'm really sick. But it does get better over time 😊

Away to start tomorrow 20/1/25 prescribed thru my diabetic team so here’s hoping,I’m feeling a bit anxious but thanks for the video it helped ,going to start watching all the vids you have posted.
