Yall really trusting the youtubers too much. I used to use eq boots at lower ths and everyone kept saying they suck, they are the worse equipment etc etc so i stopped using them. And started using the meta at that time which was gaintlet plus rage vile. Then came the fireball for warden i can gurantee almost everyone pne was saying that its the worst equipment so far its got no use warden is a support hero. Dont take the fireball and take the decoration or ores etc. now fireball has became the meta and everyone wants to use it. Due to all these i stopped trusting these what others were saying and started using equipments according to my personal preference instead. Im using the vamstache on my king and i personlly think that equipment is op fpr the king. The no. Of times my king has gotten the 3 star for me when everything else was down and tanked like 4 to 5 defenses at once with some lowly troops clear the base was astonishing. Dont listen to anyone and use the equipment you personally prefer.

Well people were right about the EQ boots, they genuinely were the worst equipment in the game before supercell recently buffed it. And about the fireball, no one was saying it was bad lol. There was just no reason to use it at the time because it came out when dragons and roots were the meta and both of those attacks benefit far more from a supportive warden with an eternal tome than an offensive fireball warden. It’s not that you should stop listening to what others say, but maybe think more about the state of the game and the meta to decide what equipment to invest in.

That’s true if you max it out. But if you dont have an unlimited supply of starry ore, then Archer Puppet is better because the passive damage is more, assuming they are at the same level. In fact Frozen Arrow doesn’t do more passive damage until it is 4 levels higher than Archer Puppet.

He fails to account for a very simple thing Most of the equipments give you temporary buffs/abilities, frozen arrow gives you a permanent buff.as long as queen is alive she will slow down defenses. For something that is a passive ability it provides huge damage buff and damage reduction(65% reduction is like tripling the health). It should have been nerfed a long a time ago. But we are in a meta where spamming literally anything works so it's not as noticeable. If we were in more "secure 2 star with 70% damage" kind of meta frozen arrow queen charge would be the no. 1 strategy.

I use fireball and eternal tome for edrag attacks. Use fire ball in the core to weaken high damage defences which then edrags while have immunity to damage can chain though and destroy all of them. It’s a messy strategy but it works

That is a terrible plan. You will split the e drags by weakening the core. E drags are all about funneling them to centre and blasting the core with chains.

It’s awesome if your troops are pathing into one compartment and there’s a 2nd close by because you trigger the ability when the warden is closer to the 2nd compartment defenses and boom, now the 2nd compartment is gone and your troops are invincible while taking out the 1st compartment

having the giant arrow a higher level can be super helpful on alot of bases, it can 1 shot any level air defense, sweeper and archer tower as well as take a huge chunk off of xbows, infernos, scattershots, eagle... if it hits any of these things then that is like 3 or 4 hits that your main troops no longer need to do on atleast a dozen buildings. less hits to destroy the eagle, infernos or scattershots directly equals more troops left alive meaning a higher chance of winning. so if you are going to use it at higher townhalls then you are better off using it to its full potential.

In my opinion, the balance update is overkill. a balance update should only be a nerf of best equipments, or a buff of the worst equipments, but NEVER at the same time. it basically just tips the meta scale instead of just a "balance" update where every equipment has equal chances of being used like how Supercell visioned. Now they're witnessing the consequences: the meta shifted from Giant Gauntlet to EQ Boots real quick. Even the Druid nerf is overkill stat wise. they did a full 1/2 nerf instead of just 1/4 or 1/3.

Before the balance update, I fully invest in Barb King's EQ and Soccer ball for my drag spam attack because it helps destroying a lot of buildings and open walls for King to chip some more and set a funnel. Never would I thought that I'm ahead in the meta and now I have both of the equips in max level (for th 12) the moment the balance update drops 🤣 Heck, I'm also a Giant arrow- Healer puppet Queen equip user, and both of those equips weren't touched the balance update. I'm really ahead of my time 🤣🤣🤣

The buff of earthquake boots kinda unacceptable, it is soo op now that everyone now is using them, which it seems to me will get nerfed soon along with fireball as those both are kinda unstoppable now. And yeah the nerf can come anytime as since out of nowhere they killed druid despite having a nerf recently. To me going for the just little bit lesser op equipments are safe as the top equipments now( except eternal tome) are on a constant threat of getting a nerf as undoubtedly these equipments are now broken.

I agree that the EQ boots are overbuffed. When the increasing of 2 tiles in radius does not seems significant at the first glance, but actually the damage area is increased by 1.8 times if you do the math. That means roughly that now the number of damaged building is almost doubled than before! Needless to say that the damage is greatly increased as well.
