Do more videos of your Australia experience. I'm a GP and I'm considering Australia as a destination place. The studio looks amazing. I would say just be careful with the greens behind. I hear there are many dangerous snakes in Australia.

I hope you are serious about coming here as we really need GP's. Please don't get yourself tied in knots about snakes. Most people will go their entire life without seeing one "in the wild". Depending on where you live as to what sort of critters you'll find in the area. If you have a house in a suburban/rural area you make sure that the grounds are clear of refuse and that there is no build-up of brush etc and everything is fine. Possums on the roof or in the ceiling can be more of a problem. 😂 Again, don't let the wildlife hinder your decision to come here. Australia is a great place to live and we work to live not live to work. Good luck 🙋🇦🇺

You really don't have to worry about snakes, especially in the city, you are unlikely to ever see one. In 40 years I have never seen a snake in an urban environment (and that includes living in forested outer suburbs for nearly 20 years) and only 2 in the bush (national parks 1hr+ drive from a city) in that time.

Australia must pay nurses very well to afford a $815 studio per week. rent over one third of pay is high. sounds very expensive.

I was a South African anaesthetic nurse who came to Australia 22 years ago after working in the Netherlands. I had been offered a job in America as well. What got me was not only the salary offered from America that was just more than half of what the hospital in Australia offered, but the annual leave in America was 2 weeks whereas the leave in Australia was 6 weeks. Man, the salary was the highest I’ve seen even in Holland. Plus the conditions are very good. With the salary I supported my home and I help family members back in South Africa. I’m still in Australia and I’ve just recently retired with a full pension, after 48 years in nursing. The only difference in my pension is that if I left the country to live elsewhere in the world, my pension would drop to about 3/5 because of the length of time I worked here. As for the aged pension, I live quite comfortably if I watch my spending.

It is but not extremely bad, if you have the right document you’ll get it in a week like I did. I met someone that had been searching for 3months.
