Ron visits Athens Greece in search of a WW2 jeep. The Boneyard I visit had over 450 vehicles from WW2 to the Gulf War. While Ron was in Greece he thought he should go visit the Parthenon.

2,600 years old! The pro sports stadiums in the US are old and falling apart after 20 years of use.

Just shows you how superior the Greeks were 2600 years ago compared to modern engineers today. Everything is build it so that you can tear it down and build it again. Money is all that matters

These are Sinapis fields. From the seeds we produce Mustard. The marbles were held together not by wood, but with molten lead.

13:18 The blocks were secured by bronze or iron clamps, then molten lead was poured in to weather proof them (and allow for seismic movement)

9:50 Parthenon!! I went there in 2011 while deployed to the Med. The Special Olympics was going on and we had some dignitaries come to our ship (USS Ramage). Got to see Yao Ming at the Parthenon.. seemed like he was just as tall as it was!

So did you find the jeep you were looking for? You should have interviewed the military collector, I'll bet he had some stories to tell, or was there too much of a language barrier?

The grooves they show in this video for joining stones together is a clue to the huge H shapes stone in a ancient quarry of Puma Punku in Bolivia. They are the cut outs of the same kind of grooves to some very large rocks that was joined together but archaeologist have not figured that out yet. I thought I might drop people a clue to there own history I remember a lot o what use to be.

Rapeseed fields, they might look good to some people........but never buy honey made from fields near this crop, tastes awful and very pale looking within the jar. Looks like you had a great and a real fixer upper session with property and military kit.
