@@miamityrell yes, try to find out more about Ayurvedic. When I tried their hot oil massage where they use clay to hold loads of oil on your pain body, then they massage gently but it hit the right nerves, it helped me a lot in my recovery. I’ve tried physiotherapy at hospital, sports massage, acupunture, stretching, etc but the ayurvedic suits me. You can find out maybe there is an ayurvedic treatment in your city just to try a session. But try to find out too how much it costs to have the treatment in Kerala, it is more wholesome and affordable.
