I visited Phuket's UNOFFICIAL CHINATOWN!!! Old Town Thalang Road

Chinese people have migrated all over the world, including Phuket, Thailand! The need for tin mining attracted the Chinese to Phuket, in which they settled in an area now known as Old Town, where the city was said to have begun. Even though Old Town was inhabited by people from all over the world, you will see many Chinese influences still plastered all over the streets, such as Chinese cuisine, decorations, associations, jewelry stores, shops, and more!
Old Town today is a major tourist attraction, flaunting its vivid and unique architectures. With the help of the Phuket Sandbox Program, many shops and restaurants have now reopened, so you can try its unique cultural fusion cuisine, and also shop to your heart's content!

In my travel, I see how the European has try to incorporate their influences into the culture they inhabit whether in architecture, or their mannerisms, (just look at the Shanghai European Quarters in China) they don’t try to adapt to their hosts country culturally. They feel theirs culture is better than anybody else culture and yet those hosts culture has been in existence for over thousands and thousands of years before Europe was even born. Look at what European had stolen from China all the ideas, the inventions and also from all the other of country they inhabit, and they think they are better. Most of their ideas and invention were stolen from other country. And speaking of bad behavioralism that I had seen, the disrespectful of the people of the hosts nations, (they are mostly by white Americans tourist, who I think, is a nobody in America, so they have to act up as some big shot Americans and disrespect the people of the third world.) I feel a shamed to say I am from America. It is sad that they were never taught about respect other around the world.. That’s one of the reasons I like you and your show. As the next generation of Chinese American you still show the sign of respect towards older peoples and the respect of the different culture. The first thing I try to do is to learn to say “thank you” in their language and and the proper greeting in morning and night. So take care and be safe . (It is good to see you that you are not going on this trip alone!. “Happy Trails.”)
