I think it's three fold, the 1st and main reason is that he has the exact same physical shape as his dad (and slim Asian mum) then comes Thai food, which couldn't be more different to ours over here in England! And thirdly, he pounds out an hour on the exercise bike every afternoon!

Had this collated video came sooner, I wish. We just returned after a refreshing Thailand trip last week. We visited karon, kata, kata noi beach, Karon view point, wat chalong, the Big Buddha, the old town phuket (Portuguese village), etc mostly south Phuket. It was such wonderful experience...one of the day, visited phi phi Island as well. After food inspiration from you, we tried much of the Thai cuisines that we loved immensely & we brought bunch of amazing soveiners with us, along with memories of the trip ❤️ Mind-blowingly clean & so disciplined country. Respect ❤️ Thanks Mark.

What a lovely tour P'Mark🙏! When I was still in Thailand, I also used to work at an elephant sanctuary(but for the other company from the video) and yes, they do eat 3-400 kg per day 😆So intelligent and the young ones can be very cheeky. For anyone who will visit Phuket any time in the future, I also recommend visiting any elephant sanctuary. All of the sanctuaries have similar programs from just feeding to you playing the mud with them and I promise it will be one of your BEST experiences in life cuz that was my BEST job ever! :) Have a good day everyone

I went to Phuket the first time in 2013 when I was in my early 20s. It was also the first time I traveled alone, to a foreign country, and on my own so I was pretty inexperienced and underprepared. I ended up staying at Kata beach which is so far away from the center, quiet and pricey then I thought it would be. Anyway, that trip brought me good memories although I had some problems at the end. I also started to love visiting Thailand since then. Miss the people, the food and the vibe so much!
