@@aidygooner Darran Wooller worked out there who came from Burnley Wood for many years. Over the years their familes kept going to see each other. Darran passed away in Helmond. His friends had a service in Helmond then in Burnley. Since then it has grown where 140 Helmonders came to Burnley for the Wolves game & we took 110 Burnley to Helmond for a Liberation weekend.

The rise of Helmond has been remarkable to say the least. They finished bottom five in the league for six out of the last ten seasons, finishing in 20th place on three of those occasions. Last season was an improvement (11th place), but this year they actually look like promotion contenders for the first time since 2013. Honestly good for them, smaller teams are starting to outperform the larger clubs in the second tier. Roda, ADO and De Graafschap have missed out on promotion for years now, while Excelsior has become a regular in the Eredivisie and Almere City and FC Emmen made their Eredivisie debuts in recent years. Den Bosch is looking solid as well, having already secured a spot in the play-offs. Even Telstar might have a shot at promotion this season.

Helmond Sport is a nice Football Club in The Netherlands and in the keuken Kampioen Divisie. But i will ask you to go to the derby Top Oss - Fc Den Bosch . There are also no away supporters allowed for a couple of years. But Top Oss is a really small club, but we are proud of it. You must really visit it mate and its also the second Division in the Netherlands. And also in the South. I hope you will come over. Maybe i see you soon hopefully. Cheers mate.

6:20 this thing is called a broodje frikandel, it has the typical dutch sausage in it, you should also try the frikandellenbroodje, found in almost all supermarkets in the Netherlands (The best ones are at the “Albert Heijn” super market). When back in the Netherlands (hopefully FC Groningen💚) you should try it😂
