Shouldve seen Withdean back when Brighton was kicking around in Leagues 1 and 2 Ellis- at least Oxford’s stands have roofs and the away end isn’t half a mile away from the pitch.

To be fair the Withdean was built as a zoo before it was turned into an athletics facility and then the temporary football ground. The turnstiles are zoo originals. 🦓

I get around the grounds. I went to oxfords new stadium when it was a halted build. Steelwork stored neatly on the pitch. High weeds between them. I stood in the middle to look around, thinking how sad the fans must be about the delay. Maybe the security guard was asleep because nobody spoke to me.

Inverness and Falkirk only have 3 stands, but Falkirks stadium is only around 20 years old and is actually alright.

Loftus Road and Kenilworth Road are worse . Went to the Manor Ground in 1999( Oxford’s old ground) yes I’m that old lol. That was much worse. And they were in what is now called the championship ffs. It was like a non league ground.
