Omg I honestly cried when that happened! Didn’t help that I imagined her making the cake. I have this scene in my head of her fucking it up over and over and being really bad at hiding it but Denji never noticed cause he was still numb. Also as I’m writing this I’m thinking about how scared Power was of Makima and how seeing Denji and giving him his cake was the thing that kept her pushing through 😢
