Absolutely fascinating to see how marshmallow is made. That’s blown my mind as much as finding out Luffas didn’t come out of the sea! 😂 They really were a labour of love. I take it you’ll make them again? Really enjoyed this one. Such an uplifting video ❤

I'm going to make them this week too they have the benefit of being so good for colds and flus... I do think I've put on so much weight tho! But I want to have some for when my nieces and nephews Come over! I'll make them hot chocolate. I that's luffa comes from the sea to! lol I thought they were the sea cucumbers

You have some great things still growing on the plot. I am so late planting garlic but hopefully doing it in a bit as we actually have some sunshine today and feeling a bit better after catching the virus that is going around. Also have some sugar snap peas to plant out! yay! We have 3 pots of potatoes to harvest but i doubt there will be many in these compared to the other ones, which had more growth. Thank you for showing us the recipe Nik! Does the marshmallow taste similar to newer marshmallow? I want to grow some sassafras to make root beer. I loved it when i went to the US as a kid. I like dandelion and burdock too. Love liquorice too. Trying to get my hands on some aniseed twists. They used to sell them in Tesco. Anyway take care and have a lovely week! x

Now days they don't use marshmallow but just sugar and chemicals. But this is how they used to be made. It's so good for colds and flu as it's a herbal remedy

I have also grown liquorice root next year I'll harvest it. Such a tiny plant! I wounder how the roots are growing? It will be 3 years next year
