dont bother, the basis jist is that the .1 from both are identical, the diffrence is lockdown, they made new spikes that apparently lock ur legs much better than last gen, and maybe some diffrenses in the shape of the boot abit, new soleplate the + maybe is actually a very diffrent boot, but i am gueessing just a better laceless sytem, more comfort, and new stud shapes and new soleplate, i am guessing both the .1 and the + will weight abit less than the speedflows version, but thats just not much of a know thing tbf

I know i have super wide and flat feet and they do tend to be a bit tightish on the midfoot area, maybe invest in grip socks so there isnt too much friction from slipping
