I was confused by those motor bikes broadcasting stuff too 😂. turns out they are most likely food venders that drive around and setup up briefly in various spots. I gotten to visit, Hanoi, Da Lat and Hochiminh during Oct of 2022. one of the coolest experiences of my life! The lanterns in tree I noticed a lot in the Old Forest area of Hanoi. the tall homes really are something to admire! I was really excited when you mentioned Vietnam. I might try and share more of what I did. but it wasn't ur typical visit xD. it's also my first time in another country. 5:30, I felt like that too, but your right, the people there are very friendly and usually don't mind at all. ya, really happy you are showing us around like this. I didn't get to visit the ocean so this is nice to see 👍

6:20 the traffic is so crazy hahah, it's amazing how everyone casually navigates everything. motor bikes every, beeping is the language of the road xD. 11:20 it really is. Da Lat especially was doing some major construction at the time I was there. Also my fav place , very beautiful winding roads and scenery. At the time I went 50k was about 2$ oh man I wish I was there with you now 🙉. I was able to find a really nice guy to hang out with in the evenings thru the Hanoi Massive Facebook group during my time in Hanoi. I am very grateful for him showing me around as a local.

@@DaveTrippin I used to live in Bangkok. Enjoy the festivities. I have some local friends so if you you're curious I can reach out. Else you should be good. I lived in Sutthisan near the MRT and near Pra Ram 9 Fortune Tower for a while. Good place for food courts and electronics.
