I completely get that & this is REALLY hard to watch. He clearly loves her but it's very possible he overburdened/smothers her & then goes off & drinks. She's basically saying, that's not fair if ur a father I should be able to do that sort of thing to (only she's referring to school & gaining back a social life.) She clearly doesn't feel appreciated which when ur that young, middle school& HD sweethearts, often you didn't get to go off & have ur own freedom. She feels trapped. What I would have loved to see was them working it out bc they are going through a thought phase. She will change her mind, I can almost guarantee they WILL be together again, whether she's in love or not, she'll end up seeing what she missed out on having (family wise) once she matures more, has a little taste of "freedom" & shell probably want him back.

I was with my high school girlfriend and we had a kid together. then like this girl, one day she woke up and said she wanted to do her own thing. She told me she met some guy on Facebook and was sleeping with him while I was working graveyards. So she ditched me and my son to live in that guy's mom's trailer. (the guy, might I add, also ditched his baby mom while she was pregnant) She made up alot of stuff in a argument to justify what she did but it all led back to "I wanna go out and not worry bout you or our son. I wanna be young." I just worked paid bills and took care of my family. I didn't have friends to hangout with nor the extra time to. So I know exactly what this guy's going through, to just have everything going good one day and literally the next day Life Changes and your life, your happiness, your family, your hard work, your sacrifice, your everything wasn't good enough.

I met the love of my life at age 18.. my roommate at college.. we had 6 amazing years. then he decided that he wanted to meet "More" guys. I begged for 2 years to get him back.. it took 2 years off my life. I wasted 2 years.. He met a lot of more guys, and died of AIDS 5 years later. I, on the other hand met a great guy, we adopted 2 babies ( now both 20 and 21) the love of our lives.. they still live with us in NE Florida, and we all have great lives. This guy is young and handsome.. he needs to move on and be much more selective. She is not worth anything. She will be doing the begging in 5 years.

That's usually what happens. She's going to realize that finding "the one" AGAIN is going to be a lot harder for her. Especially as a single mother. She might not find a guy that will love her that hard again.
