This channel is incredible. Yes, it is entertaining, yes there is general information regarding the industries to be learned.. But above all else, the man sets an amazing example. He's respectful of others and himself, focused, informative, and humble. Daniel does a great job presenting himself and his company and has excellent speaking skills. The occasional bloopers thrown in that show multiple takes to say 1 line is impressive as without them, I'd never had guessed. He puts his humanness on display and strives to do his best but doesn't pretend to be perfect. Impossible to have something bad to say about this channel. We run a fleet of about 15 liebherr excavator's and we found out that when it rained it dropped water directly onto the main electrics , they had to build covers to stop it . problem solved 👍

I like seeing the train cuts, it is part of your day to day workload and you have to have it to operate efficiently. Your smaller excavator has a grading bucket . If you're going to use it for material handling it would be easy to weld some sides on the bucket to increase capacity.

I don’t know UK laws but I would definitely get in contact with a law firm about that financial company. A lack of research on their part is no reason to degrade and inflate fears of a well established company like Asheville.

I notice that your Liebherr grab driver seems to be slewing in a circle, instead of slewing back the way he came. If you go round and round for too long, the turret unscrews and drops off the undercarriage.

Although now it is full of equipment, as can be seen when you film with the drone. So what's the story, is that all your building equipment? I would suggest that you don't have the motors and vibrators on the same button, if there was ever a problem with one of the vibtraters you wouldn't be able to use the motor I'd put the vibrators was on a separate button to activate then you could still carry on as normal but with the loss of the vibratior whilst it's being repaired I hope that makes sense 😂

Right To Repair prime example on the Add Blue issue. Shouldn't have to bring in the mfg technicians with a laptop to work on your own equipment. I know it's far easier but it's the same issue with John Deere and many other companies with priorietary engine control software. Tesla or other.

Hello Daniel, I would like to congratulate you for the success in your channel and in your company over all! It is quite impressive the work you all do. I have learned quite a lot from the industry by watching the episodes. On that note, I felt to share a word with you that is from the Bible that says on Matthew 16:26 NIV What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? If I were you I would take some time off from time to time and attend a service at Church, or simply disconnect from technology, spend some time with friends at the park and make a barbeque, read a good book, etc. As a pastor once told me we are human being and not human doing. There is gain during resting. Hope this helps! Wish the company well and your channel going forward! Cheers mate.
