Honestly, just because Endeavor isn't that good of a father, doesn't mean he's transphobic. I don't think he'll really care either way. And the BNHA canon takes place 200 years later, so ideals and discrimination can change, seeing as the focus is more on Quirks.

In my opinion, people in UA, pro heroes and most of the pro heroes would accept people being trans, especially Bakugou and Endeavor, Bakugou accept people being trans and Endeavor don't really care if people are trans or not, he just need to know about it so he won't offend them by accident. Endeavor accept it, he just don't care lol. It's not a big deal to everyone for being trans anymore, just like Erin said, they focus on quirk more. But they'll still support when someone want to be trans. Maybe there'll still be someone who is transphobic out there, but who knows. Transphobic is even less than quirkless in their world.
