Hi Emma, I just want to say I've been having a hard time with feeling right in my body for a few weeks now, feeling like I'm not seeing a difference in my physique even tho I'm training, running, and just recently joining a fitness class. Which all to say, is so much more activity than I was doing for my body just a year ago, and this is why I'm commenting now, bc this video, specifically when you talked about your many year long journey to fitness, and how you've created a loving relationship with training and see it now as a mental health outlet, is what reminded me that I should be proud of how far I have come, and that I shouldn't focus solely on how I look but how I feel. And I feel so much stronger and happier mentally than I was a year ago. So thank you for sharing your journey, it just helped me out of a very bad self critical spiral🫶❤️

I’m never this quick to a video upload! I love your fitness content 😊 I’ve been struggling with the nutrition side of my own fitness journey recently so the food haul gave me some great ideas!

Yessss this came at the right time for me. I’m officially 9 weeks postpartum and I’m cleared for light workouts so this is some extra motivation 💕

@@EmmasRectangle thank you! I’ve set myself small challenges for the 6 weeks you’re doing your challenge. 7k steps, moisturise body every day (because I’m awful at it) and 2 Stanley’s of water. I won’t be hard on myself for steps because of it’s raining I don’t really want to take my son out up much! If I can’t get outside I’ll do a home workout 🫶🏻

So excited to see this 6 week challenge! Best of luck Emma, you’ll smash it 💜 However, I really do want to say that the way the tourism is run with the whale sharks in The Philippines is incredibly unethical and very damaging to their eco-system. I was there only 3 months ago. I spoke to a lot of locals and other backpackers, and so many people told me to not swim with the whale sharks, especially in Oslob (that’s where people typically go to do it). Pleeeeeease do lots of research before booking anything, as the majority of tour companies chase and feed the sharks. I really don’t mean to post this comment as criticism, I just wanted to give you a heads up x

So much fun! I'm also going to the Philippines at around the same time, traveling solo for a couple of weeks! This is such a good motivator to keep me on track as well :) Great vid

Have you thought of getting a rice cooker? I purchased one a few months ago and it’s been literally life changing. It’s so easy to use! 😅 Looking forward to seeing your journey! I’m on my own glute journey as well after losing a lot of booty fat recently 😂

Where did you get that muscle mass %? That sounds very high. I have quite noticable muscles as a woman and I train hard, my percent is something like 40% (measured with an electric Seca -body composition scanner, which is quite accurate). Just wondering, not trying to be negative. Hope you get the results you wish for ^^

Swimming with whalesharks sounds amazing, but please look into how ethical this is. Places like Oslob in the Philippines treat them so badly and feed them, so please don’t go there if you wanna see them 😢
