Pada tahun 80an depan hospital KB ada kereta sorang orang Kedah jual yang pertama kenalkan nasi kukus.Pada tahun 80an saya bertugas diKB dan tunggu anak pertama lahir dihospital lama KB.Tiap2 malam beli bungkus.

You may also try Nasi Kukus Ilham in Mutiara Damansara, that is my favourite nasi kukus so far. I noticed this version is quite basic, at Nasi Kukus Ilham, they will add in some pineapple chunks and ikan bilis which add more flavour and texture to the dish. I highly recommend it.

All the drinks by default are usually sweet so I usually order "kurang manis" (less sweet) or "kosong" (empty). That nasi kukus ayam berempah (steamed rice with spiced chicken) looks good tho😋

You can make your own nasi kukus at home. Steamed rice. Healthier. Just wash rice in a small stainless steel bowl and put the bowl inside water in a rice cooker. The other vege or meat you buy outside or cook yourself

That no a dates .. that is dry sour plum .. we called asam boi.. we alway use to make a drink like limau calamansi asam boi or lemon drink .. acctually you can take and eat the asam boi inside that drink ❤

@@zaczain5654 kalau nak tahu Nasi Kukus ni specialty orang Kelantan...sebabnya rempah untuk perapan ayam, rempah gulai utk kuahnya tu memang rempas ratus ori Kelantan...jarang org luar tahu Kelantan ni penghasil rempah ratus sendiri...terutamanya rempah gulai...sebab tu pagi2 org Kelantan dah mentekedarah "Nasi Berlauk" gulai2, jarang sgt la makan Nasi Lemak...serba macam jenis gulai ni dah jadi suatu budaya pemakanan kat sini...tapi org luar kelantan dia konfius di panggil kuah gulai tu kari...rasa lain gulai Kelantan dgn Kari mamak...wlpon nampak seakan sama...
