you know what kinda annoys me about this comment? the fact that being a mom is usually real for all of us regardless of how clean or messy our house is. i have OCD which is obsessive compulsive disorder and frankly cant stand mess and even with a newborn 2 days after a c section i was in the kitchen doing the dishes and cleaning the house while everyone kept yelling at me to sit the eff down. granted i regretted it later with the excruciating pain that followed excessive work. but trying to say that moms who arent messy and make time to clean frequently are putting on a show and essentially saying that those of us are fake is insulting and so far from reality it isnt even funny. not all of us new moms are slobs nor unable to maintain a clean home. some of us actually make time to do our hair and makeup and get dressed daily and keep a clean home. without sacrificing

Kasual Beauty Same with the OCD (diagnosed) I have it as well people throw the term around way to loosely these day which I am sure you get so mad with too. I am the same with cleaning which atm I am paying for in a lot of pain.These comments always upset me as well as the Your a real women you have cellulite which I don’t or you’re a real women this or real women that. That needs to stop all our lives look different it drives me nuts. We are all living and breathing Real women 🙈

Kasual Beauty I totally understand where you are coming from. I don’t think she meant to offend anyone but rather just saying that Casey isn’t putting on a “show” like a lot of the other KZbin moms. They refuse to show their babies cry, everything looks perfect (their hair, makeup, house, car, etc), and it just doesn’t seem very genuine. Cleaning the house is always a top priority for me too no matter what I am doing!! It makes me stressed when the house is dirty!

Can I just say thank you for showing what a normal house looks like. A family lives there with a new baby. That is real life right there. So often vloggers give off this image of a perfectly clean, magazine ready house and that’s not real life for most of us. We are busy. Our families are busy. It can make people feel like they are inadequate when it looks like everyone they watch has got it all together. So thank you for being real.

Kaylyn Boyd but they are. Women are judged for everything & it’s even worse when you become a mom. I agree that we SHOULDN’T be judged for something like how clean the house is. The things people nitpick on ANY video of a baby/new mom/pregnancy/birth/breastfeeding/etc is just them being miserable & judgmental. I got the same meal prep containers, they are great, bit they will start to slightly warp in the dishwasher even on the top rack. Washing by hand isn't that hard though, so I definitely recommend!

I had my son one week after you had your baby boy and I have to say I love seeing your videos to see how you are doing and thank you for showing how hard it is to get back into the rhythm of cooking regularly, working out and even self care like getting your hair done. The sooner you get him out, the better!! I took my boys with me everywhere when they were little like that. Getting them accustomed to different noises is a must. There was always a constant noise going on, to the point I think they could have probably slept thru a rock concert lol you look amazing already for not having Mason not too long ago. I just love your vlogs and how you keep it real. A house is supposed to look lived in, and a perfectly clean house, with a baby or what have you, is simply not normal. He reminds me of my first son when he was at that age. My babies are now 18 and 20.
