It’s actually crazy how so few people know that a majority of UFC fighters are underpaid. Even the ones make 6 figures still have to give a significant portion of their paydays towards paying their managers, coaches, gyms, medical expenses, etc. Not as much money in the game as we’re made to believe.

If they fight 3 times a year assuming they make a 25k to show and 25k to win thats 150 and after taxes and payments for fight camp, flights etc they probably take home around 80k and thats above average annual salary.
