There is such a thing as a tattoo trend in every decade. 90s was barbed wire, bad boy, tribal and taz tattoos. Tattoos are not supposed to follow trends, they're supposed to be timeless. That's why when you see a realism, japanese or traditional tattoos you wouldn't be able to tell when they got it aside from the aging on the skin.
