Hands down best Australian musical ....under engineered as it is...but that's part if the attraction. Australian twang even though lots the music was written by NZers (Tim Finn and Phil Judd) who were fantastic at that time. 🇦🇺🇳🇿

Sigh - I love this film, the cast is wonderful, and The S wingers - an Oz treasure. I remember this time, so well. Thank you - for memories 😉.

I discovered covered this movie about 12/13 yrs ago. While watching noticed Bones Hillman (Midnight Oil)playing bass in the band! MO is my all time favorite band so naturally my kind was blow and subsequently discovered The Swingers! I wanna live in a house, is the one from the film I mostly remember. Thanks for posting!
