Instead of asking your guest to speak in english why not provide subtitles. Considering the sensitivity of their story it would have been more accommodating for them to express themselves in their mother tongue as they spoke.

There is an audience of people from different corners of the world. The interview being in English makes it accommodating for everyone.

@@victoiredouniama9125 At what cost? Not everyone in this country has bilingual proficiency in english. The more freely the guest is able express themselves the better the conversation, there will be more guests with captivating stories it will end up growing the podcast even more. I care more about the guest than audience because I listen to podcasts like this mainly for the guests.

You are right I always watch Lynn Ngugi's podcast and most of the time they speak in Swahili they don't care about accommodating other countries

Many of us have lost all confidence in the police, honestly I would rather hire inkabi or go consult a witchdoctor than to report to the police.

Yes I agree with you sisi, police are so incompetent and shame its difficult. I experienced a move with them whereby they were just lying to me together with investigation Colonel. But I am still laying low, one day they will learn the hard way trust me.
You should add subtitles to your videos, its not even difficult. Your podcast is actually crossing borders

What's this new rule of forcing people to speak English now from some of these Podcasts. I Like Justice's Podcast, i have been following it for a while now but i m afraid it's gonna lose its authenticity if it follows this direction. I understand there might be an international market but how about subtitles.
