This is on my close bucket list. I love raisin pie and mincemeat pie, sour cream raisin. This I can taste. Will be making this as my next sweet. 😋

I made my standard cream pie filling. I should have made sour cream raisin pie because I found out that is Iowa's pie. I learned that when I found the Arizona sunshine lemon pie recipe. Each state had a pie. Good luck. I ate it all and didn't share.

Never told how much milk to add after the 4 egg yolks. Never mentioned the heating process.

A total of 1 2/3 cups milk. I just put it on medium heat and stir until thick. Super simple pastry cream method.
