The idea of placing a port for me has been bounced around with my primary and GI doctor, hearing you talk about the actual procedure process was awesome!! I’m the kind of person who likes to watch the needle go in lol so knowing exactly what happens always helps with anxiety!! Hope recovery goes well from here on out!!!🤍🤍

I wish they offered this as an option in the UK. It’s such a neglected condition here - because it’s not “life-threatening” it’s not taken as seriously as it should be. I don’t respond well to many medications so I’m struggling to find a good treatment plan. I’m glad you got your port. Hopefully with regular fluids you’ll start feeling some relief. Thanks for sharing this with us💜
