To help you in future banners or as you call them *pulls:* Banners are where you can pull certain characters for rainbow diamonds. EX characters only come rarely so getting EX Luffy is a low chance because he might never come back on, they would need to (as people say) rebanner him. Here are the different variations of luck when pulling: 1. Gold flag = good chance 2. Red flag = OK chance 3. Black flag = Low chance 5. Gold chests in the hill of gold is a sign of luck in the pull as well 6. Wooden chests are like the red flag and they signal an OK chance. 7. No chests is worst luck 8. There are also numbers plastered secretly on a tree when Luffy run towards the flag 9. The best number to get is 32, a good number to get is 27, and the worst one is 14 If you need anymore more further explanation or questions reply to me!

Just wait until you get level 80 ulti you will do hella damage. Btw you can do challenge battle for more rewards but I recommend you do that at around A or A+ rank. Also to level up characters without spinning them you can get 4 star fragments which you get every two weeks from league battle( go to league then click the trophy icon to see your rewards) or do challenge battle for them.

To truly understand a character, i recommend reading the charcater's Trait and skills forLiz, king punch is a 1 shot so they made him take 1h for the skill to be available but the other skill shortens it so just spam it every time it's off cooldown

You probably got this a lot, but Uta is out currently and she is a absolute monster. If you pull her, I recommend you polar her with a decent red runner/defender but if you want to keep Ulti pretty badly (who doesn’t want Ulti?) than you should pair them up. Make sure to use Uta’s normal attacks to move around since they’re pretty fast.
