I used to bartend and you would be surprised at the accuracy of that method. It is a good illusion to do in front of the customer because it looks like they are just pouring and pouring for you as opposed to the little measure cup but they aren't. The count method will give you an ounce every time.

A man for the people is labeled a communist and has no chance of being in either of the US political parties. Sadly. Then you have conservatives in the Democratic party and then fascists the Republican party. Then you have uneducated morons being deceived into voting for republicans, and you have the rest of the US having no other choice but to vote for conservative democrats, as voting for a progressive or a left wing candidate is a waste of a vote. Just a tip when filling bottles with liquid soap and water: Put the amount of water you need into the bottle first, and then add the soap. When you put the soap in first, and then add water, the soap foams up, filling the bottle with bubbles that you then have to wait to dissipate in order to add more water, and that foaming-up cycle continues. Trust me: Water first, then soap.
@84rinne_moo
@84rinne_moo 11 ай бұрын
Hmm I refill my foaming hand soaps this way and to me It’s easier to measure the soap if you put it in first. Just lightly put in the water by tilting the bottle and let the stream hit the bottle wall of the opening so its not aggressively mixing with the soap. Then gently swish it around to mix (not shake! I just kinda roll the container around gently lol). I think it should work the same for this too?

Basic chemistry. Dishwashing spray is just water, dishwashing liquid, and a solvent to bind them together, which alcohol is. You can make anything you want into a thick, foamy spray with this method, as long as the ingredient you're mixing with water agrees with alcohol. Otherwise, you'll need a different solvent.

We've been doing this for 3 years. We have 3 bottles and just rotate them. You can't tell the difference. If it's not foamy enough, add more soap. If it smells like too much alcohol add a dash more soap and more water. Once you find a ratio you like just mark it on the side of your bottle. Easy!

Something I do that helps with ants is mixing a 1:1 ratio of borax and powdered sugar in a bottle cap and leaving it where ants like to come and go. Afaik, the borax poisons the entire colony when they bring it back to their nest, but don't do this if you have animals or kids around as they may eat it too. Its reliably gotten rid of ants for me. You can also do a vinegar water spray, I think a 3:1 or 2:1 water to vinegar spray with a few drops of peppermint can also help deter bugs. You can also do lavender too, and is better if you have dogs/cats as peppermint can irritate their skin. Its a weak general cleaning spray/deodorizer, though it'll smell a bit like vinegar for a bit.
