The World Mission Society Church Of God. is a South Korean based cult group that makes great boasts about being the “one true church” who alone has the truth of God and can teach the right way of salvation. Not very surprisingly, this is nearly the exact same claim that basically every other Christian-based cult makes. The WMSCOG asserts that their deceased leader “Ahnsahnghong” is the second coming of Christ in the flesh who restored the way to eternal life through the Passover. Another central doctrine for them is their doctrine about “God the Mother.” They believe that a South Korean, elderly woman named Zhang Gil Jah is a second female deity who they refer to as Mother God or Jerusalem Mother. According to WMSCOG doctrine, one must have faith in Mother God in order to be saved. With a little critical thinking, analyzing of the WMSCOG doctrines, and an honest and responsible examination of the biblical text, it can be decisively shown that the WMSCOG is nothing more than a high-control, high-demand cult group that will likely only bring you and your family emotional, spiritual, relational and financial pain and devastation.

There is no sense of individuality. It’s extremely difficult to be yourself, they make you hate yourself from guilt and shame. Also, why care too much about your “flesh”? If they keep saying that the world is going to end that same year. The same goes for your finances and career. You are put into such an awkward position by this organization over the years. I feel for all the members still trapped in the WMSCOG.

I chased him out of my house when my 8-year old son, who attended church with him for about a month or so, started telling us that our churches are fake cos we are attending Sunday worship. And that we are going to hell. So, I asked him to find himself an apartment, cos he's working now. He enjoys spending time with us, but when it's time for church, there's no time for anyone else. He spends most of his time recruiting via phone or Zoom meetings........it's a lot. He's physically with us but his mind is somewhere else. We just miss him even when he's with us.

When they approach you ask them if they know Anh Sahng-hong NEVER preached about a mother God but AGAINST it. Tell them to read p. 50 and 51 of the book Visitors From The Angelic World where he explicitly says Eve represents both the angels in heaven and the saints on earth NOT MOTHER. Ask them to show you even ONE written teaching by Sahng-Hong that professes Mother. (Sermon books were not authored by Anh Sahng-hong) They won't listen... But maybe it'll instill doubt that will eventually lead to them leaving and rebuilding their lives and relationships

I am so happy to see your videos on this. I have been taking some Bible studies with this group and they jump around all over but when I quote something just off the top of my head they look at me like I'm speaking a foreign language. They have yet to introduce the meat, the heart of their teaching which you have so kindly handed me BUT I doubt they will want to meet with me again since I let them know that I care for my MIL and cannot attend Saturday Sabbath services. They pressed harder of course wanting a baptism and my ,$$ and said God will clear a way for me to make it. If course I challenged them with scriptures and the life and example Jesus set and said I cannot belong to a church that won't let me practice the Passover because I was caring for the sick and elderly as Jesus taught us to do and that I would use it as a day of rest and according to the words "where 2 or 3 are gathered in my name, there I will be" for a day of rest while allowing the elderly to benefit from the gathering as well. I challenged them further offering to sit down and point out examples and teachings in the old and new testament ,(thanks Pastor Mike and his online sermons,) regarding the actual biblical teachings of the law of the Sabbath and not the man made rules of the church. All of this while saying I cannot follow a church that does not follow the teachings of Sabbath. I have yet to hear back from them about future bible studies but I'm sure something will be said. I am sure the teacher girl will have to report on my progress as I was in church before. First I thought I was walking into a new way we had totally missed interpreting the Bible but watching these shows, it really isn't as complicated as they try to make it.

Jesus Christ celebrated Passover on the evening of the fourteenth day of the first month. He was arrested at 12 o'clock in the evening of the Passover. The day that Jesus suffered is the day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. According to you, since Jesus was the Passover lamb, if we are to celebrate the day that he was crucified, then Jesus was not only the Passover sacrifice but also the atonement sacrifice. The Feast of Atonement falls on the tenth day of the seventh month. So now that Jesus was sacrificed on that day as well, is it possible to eat the Passover bread and wine on the tenth day of the seventh month?

@MichealTmg-z8w im sorry to break this too you... but jesus kept the passover yes on passover night but... he need to know jews/isrealites observed thiere days from 6pm to 6pm they were sunset reckong most people in that time observed sunset to sunset... so 6pm would begin the next day and at the same time at the previous. Day... so yes jesus did eat the passover on the 14th of nissan... which began that very evening at 6pm.... not only that he fulfilled the sacrifice of the passover lamb by dieing on the cross at exactly 3pm when the passover lamb is to ve slaughter on passover

Im sorry to burst your bubble biblically and cultural speaking the jews/Hebrews days were from 6pm to 6pm they observed sunset reckoning meaning yes jesus kept the passover at evening which is 6pm or the 12th hour which to us would be our midnight... which means in the 13th day before evening jesus asked his diciples to prepare the passver then when the they reclined at the table.. it was exactly 6pm meaning begining the 14th day of nissan... yes that's true....then when you read john is makes sense that he mention the pharisees wanted to say clean so.they could each the passover the passover that evening before the feast of unleavened bread.... which starts that very evening of the passover.... Which would mean jesus died at the the exact time the passover lamb is to be sacrifice... if you go back to the old testament twilight in hebrew means between the two evenings... which the first evening is noon in our term when the sun begins to go down and the second is when it becomes dark(6pm) which means 3pm is when christ died on the cross.... if you say that christ didn't die on the day of passover... it would defeat the purpose of your grounds on passover meaning if christ dies a day late it would mean he did not fulfill the prophecy of the passover lamb...

The sprinkling of the lamb represents the slain lamb in revelation who is christ

Okay. Lot to unpack. You use Galatians Chapter 4. Specifically verse 26. But, when you read from 21 to 31, then it is not talking about another God, but a symbolic representation of the difference in being bondage to the old covenant and being freed by the new covenant. We are freed from the condemnation of the old covenant law, through faith in Jesus Christ.

For Revelations, try looking and studying Ephisians 5: 25-32 or 2 Corinthians 11:2. Those passages use imagery and comparison to associate the Church as a Bride to Jesus. That Jesus loves the Church in the same way a Husband loves a Wife. Or, when speaking about the Corinthians Church, that the Church is promised to only one, Jesus Christ.
