I Was Lost in Life, Till I Found my Belief

I was pretty lost in life, as the son of a deacon I rejected religion. Gladly, once I got older I started reading and developing a belief. This gave me guidance and helped me out a great deal. How do you experience belief or religion?

Great video! And I'm happy to hear that you are doing well. As for me, I believe in eternity. I cannot imagine our world turning into nothing at all, and I think that what we are is not what we think we are. Individuals with personal histories and finite lives is a temporary illusion I think. Every one of us is created from Universe stuff. Our minds and bodies become conscious because of everything else but us, essentially the very thing that feels like an individual self is the thing that does not exist. It's the thing that dies in the end, because it is a construct which was tied to this body and mind. When I die, I will die. But that which made me, me, isn't going anywhere. As long as we hold on to the ego, we will suffer, because it is the only thing that is finite. Our egos are bound to fail us. I believe all of existence is one whole. I know I sound insane, but that is because I am.

Even though i had a ego death ,dark soul of the night , kundalini i still came back to islam some might call empath star seeds all that just believe in one god and obey his law

Interesting perspective on life and yeah, I also believe that we all need something to believe in - no matter what it is - to live a kind of a meaningful life (regarding ourselfs). I am quite nit sure about reincarnation but in a lot this concept does make sense to me and therefore I like that idea of life and its conatruction and cycles. It also does make sense in the way that there might be - I am trying not to judge but its nearly impossible if you try to explain certain things/trying to put the complexity of life in words - older souls with much more experience and younger ones with less experiece. Just to put it in very short words. I believe in the universe. I guess, I already mentioned that? That may include the concept of reincarnation as well and also the fact that I try to believe that we are all one in a way. Just on 'different levels' maybe. I also do believe we do get tasks in life for our best. To have the oppurtunity to grow and make progress. In a way, at least. I do not want to make it too simple, as I think it's not that simple to express it in two sentences. I also do have problems with these conceps as well. I mean, maybe we are all just searching for answers and structure or a path to follow or one meaning of life and its just an illusion to ourselfs, we create, to give it a meaning and have a path to believe in and to follow. Who knows what real reality really is like? ;) I think, as long as it helps and we do feel good and it also helps others around us and is used for good reasons and not for mamipulation or to put pressure on someone or on ourselfs or also to run away from reality, its a good thing to believe in something higher than just ourselfs. Still there are risks, misuse and questions to all of these concepts - but thats also a mirror of life, I guess. I could talk about it forever ;) because it really is quite interesting and there always is something new to experience, to question (also my own perspective, of course), to find new insights and perspectives and get new knowledge. I guess, that there may not be any real meaning of life than just live life itself and make experiences. We live this way or another and we all die one day. Maybe we are born again, like in a closed cycle of life or just gone. I am very sure we (humankind) never will find the true answer 😊. Sending

I am very 'non-religious' (it's also debatable and complex!) but do have an old and personally very important lettering in sanskrit under my broken collarbone. Its aready 12 years old. Same with another on. Like reminders. Random info, I know. But came in my mind after finishing the comment cause its kinda of my personal meaning of life. Of course I did not create these important sentences. They are old.

Thank you! Yeah, I do believe in something greater, just not sure if it's called god, or life. I definitely have some values next to it that I follow. If this makes sense!

@@youtuber9668 Life gives you good and bad experiences or challenges. But those challenges are for your character to make the right decision. If it's either something that is set by someone (god, allah or life) that is life for me. If that makes sense

back in the days, Jesus also came to destroy religion and i feel sorry for ya. but maybe you have to think about "your own values" as you said in 0:45. do you want to live for yourself or do you want God? and do you really want God?
