I was SHOCKED CLEANING Up this NEGLECTED Sidewalk for these LUXURY CONDOS

In this video I get to take care of of a horrendous front entryway and sidewalk for some upscale condos which completely shocked me! Now these condos are in the upper 700s to a million dollar price range with a total eyesore in front of the properties. I got the opportunity to talk to a neighbor of a friend of mine who referred this property to me upon bringing some merchandise to him. He mentioned to me that this would be a great transformation and video for my channel so I decided to take on the challenge and I do mean it was a challenge I ended up breaking my edger and my extended hedge trimmer has been having issues so I had to bring my smaller one just to get the job done. This lawn transformation definitely was a head turner and gave these upscale condos the look they totally deserved.

❤ Hey BUDDY, The project turned out AWESOME, But One thing you might consider start doing is on the VERY OVERGROWN Edges, is to MOW them 1st , so NOT to make it easier on the edger to CUT through and Not fight through SOOO many thicknesses , it's Extremely HARD on an edger and usually over a FEW times will break them, just a friendly suggestion, seen it happen ALOT, CYA SOON NEXT TIME BE SAFE and OFCOURSE KEEP CUTTIN IT UPPPPP BROTHER 🚜🌞✌️👍😎

A few cheap tools you need to purchase (1) a stiff bristle sidewalk push broom (2) a wooden handled machete and (3) Rolls of cheap 55 gallon garbage bags to put grass clippings into and can also fill with trash or light weight bush or tree clippings! IF it is TOO expensive for plastic bags ACE HARDWARE has very cheap paper 50 gallon bags with re-use-able plastic inserts!

Looks like the ivy took over and these bushes should be cut down to about 2 feet tall and then do a really good clear out of the ivy.

Suggest order change of how you mow a yard (1) not trim bushes the first thing should be weed eat all around all edges of yard and all under bushes and trees since Texas has snakes! Now can see to find the edges and easier to do! (2) Then mow around edges and under bushes so can see what doing and scare off any snakes then (3) trim bushes and trees! Now branches easier to pick up then (4) mow lawn ending with weed eat and dig up any foliage in the curb last before vacuum!

You need to either mow the grass first or weed eat it before edging. I know you know this but it looks good to edge the tall grass and see it fall away but that’s a lot of work and muscle to expend especially when it’s hot out. I also think you should cut those bushes to about 4 ft so no one e can jump out from behind bushes. Your edging came out great as well as the cutting . Looks great. And I’m going to look into those shoes.

Also, since the head on the edger and the weed trimmer rotate counter clockwise, work from your right to your left . Same with the blades on the mower deck and walk behind mower. The blades rotate counter clockwise. They mow best when going forward to lift up the grass instead of mowing backwards. Blademate in Australia just posted a whole video on edging and trimming curbs and sidewalks.
