Never tried pulled pork with neck and I like the idea of using a beer. I've been making a bunch of slaw lately to go along with pulled pork and fish tacos. Two things I've started adding that I think really add to it are some radish and apple.

Beer gives a unique taste to it! I've never tried with Apple, I'm gonna give it a shot, thanks for the idea ✌️

@@Its_chris.g.cooking.channel I do something approximating a julienne. It adds a little bit of sweet without adding sugar.
