I was SHOCKED when I figured this out (140K/120K minions)! | Hearthstone Battlegrounds

Sire Denathrius is a unique hero because it's the only hero that can get Quest rewards. The Quest rewards is a cool mechanic, where you need to perform certain tasks to unlock a reward. The rewards can vary from being absolute trash to completely broken. In my case, I chose Open Auditions, which is a cool reward that will let you discover a buddy every single turn. The buddies can help you economically but also can win you the game. At the end, I managed to get Tickatus and Zephrys buddies. With Draconic Deathscale, I re-triggered Phyresz and I ended up making an infinite loop of generating cards. From Tickatus buddy, I kept on getting Argent Braggarts and made them 140K/120K in stats. I only had 2 turns and very limited time to make this happen so I hope you enjoy it.

I swear some of the older hearthstone streamers had some of the worst editors for their youtube videos, sometime just copying pasting entire VODS on to youtube, and people still thanked them down in the comments. I guess what I'm trying to say, is that you, Mr.Jeef editor, are very different from those other editors, you are doing spectacular at your job, your editing actually adds a lot of personality to the content, and makes it twice as enjoyable. During my buddy quest game, I've got T6 at turn 7. Turn 9 was about 36 HP and no idea how can I get rid of full hand. It took 2 additional turns to waste the majority of my cards. I've got 1 damage by casting armor stash and finish top 1 at turn 13 with no chance to get rid of my hand.

Easy quest requirement for "discover a buddy" not get a random one, discover one where half of them have totally broken effects like get a free triple. That seems totally balanced compared to other quest rewards at that level of requirement.

1/5 is mostly better than the 2/1 the 2/1 undead loses to alot of stuff this meta for example the 1/1 undead, and yes since of rockpool is an option it's way better. But i would say even if he wasnt sire with that quest it's still slightly better than the 2/1

It does set it; notice how they don’t all have the same stats, and they’re not all dropping to 1/1s when the board gets sold and it’s just brag? I think you got confused by greymane on the board. Edit: My b, if you’re referring to how each one is bigger than the last it’s because golden brag DOUBLES the stats it takes, so it’s exponential for each brag placed.

@@PoorEdward how in the first time he play the card, it gets 2k hp? It says "set", not "add". "Add" can be exponential but you can't repeat "set". like the spell "set a minion to 20/20" You can't buy multiple of that spell and expect bonus stats on a same minion

Braggart sets its stats = your highest stated minion golden Braggart sets its stats = 2x your highest stated minion. his golden Braggart was the highest stated minion so it doubled of itself and because of golden brann it doubled 3 times.

because it says set to double, and double works with golden brann, so each times he plays a golden braggart its a x8/x8 stats on it.

You play golden braggart, it looks at all minions. It then sets itself to double the stats of the biggest minion. When it is retriggered, it checks the board again, finding that itself is the biggest minion, so it doubles it's stats.
