I usually take more risk when playing lower ratet opponents (although there aren‘t that many at 750). So i take it i should do the opposite .. But how would you play differently at this level knowing it‘s a GM?

I'm guessing she'd play more solid lines and force him to get creative. In practical terms though, a WGM will hardly ever beat a GM.
