If you pay attention at the start he walks from a cage which was from his last album prior to the search called perception. So he leaves the cage he had himself locked in and now is on a search. NF connects all of his music in a super dope way. He had the cage flown to film this in Iceland because connecting content means too much to him. That’s why he dropped Clouds. He didn’t want to do an album he couldn’t tour since his concepts connect etc so he did a mixtape to hold us :)

Ok, so basically, this is like the intro to his fourth album. Each of his other albums have intros, named intro 1-3. In order to understand him better you should probably listen to these songs in this order: intro 1, mansion, intro 2, therapy sessions, how could you leave us [super fucking sad], intro 3, outcast, outro, and leave me alone. He definitely improved quite a bit across these four albums though, and also he got this negative review on rolling stone magazine that he responded to with the song "Paid My Dues". Most of his other standouts are on either his last album The Search or his recent mixtape Clouds. In Clouds he has a song with Hopsin and another song with Tech N9ne. So it's really up to you on how you would like to approach his music, understand him better by listening to his earlier music, or jump into his later songs that better display his technical lyrical ability.

So I've never listened to NF yet, and thanks to your review I think I'm gonna start listening to them. Thanks for doing these videos

Dude, your reactions are so genuine. Fun to watch actually. Not to mention the fact that you are legit AF at breaking down your thoughts on the videos, and music.
@disbehaving99133 жыл бұрын
not gonna lie this be the first time I'm watching your videos and you're already one of my favorites. You break down the songs and interpret unlike 95% of these other reactions. Gained another sub from me.

I listened to this whole album while working dishes at a restaurant everyday. Being a single mom I've been through it all. This man had a gift

Tom AND NF AND Flawdzilla? We are getting into some superb reactions. Truth to tell, the independent artists are taking the stage. Dax is good too.

By far the best reaction channel I've seen in a while, the way you break down the bars and catch up on the metaphores. props!

I've basically watched most NF reactions out there and I swear nobody broke down the white cloaks and him wearing black the way you did. Respect. Keep reacting to him man. Us fans are always down to watch someone discover his music/journey.

I've seen this video and reactions to this video more times than I can count and it hit different each time. But this time I just caught another bar that wasn't spoken, but shown. Notice how when he is holding on to the cart with his the balloons( his burdens) he is kinda down and just very docile. The moment he lets go of it for a moment he is a lot more energetic and hype. Then when he goes back to the cart and pushes it, he's been to being docile and down again. That's a deep ass bar for not even saying it. But showing it. This mf NF a genius!
