Northwest Arkansas here drooling at all that rain yall got.. we still in a drought.. no rain in sight and 90 degree weather going into October.. Nature is mean with water distribution. Some flood while others get a dust bowl! As for that mush patty we've fried salmon patties before.. pretty good with ketchup. We use the canned salmon and take the bones out and reform them and fry them!

Nassau sound is an amazing fishery especially for flounder and trout I’ve caught many giant trout right off of those rocks to the left

Yeah the only thing you could do with ladyfish is make fish cakes out of them and if you're familiar with the video hey skipper he has a recipe when he catches ladyfish he makes fish cakes out of ladyfish so if you're interested try it

The way a fish tastes all comes down to how you kill, clean, and cook it. If anyone tells you a fish is gross, it’s because they don’t know how to cook it, or kill it properly. Lady fish are phenomenal eats 🔥.

Ray are good eating too! The meat looks odd but it can taste a little like scallops sometimes. I like to cut out the cartilage in the wings and skin em too, then fill the pocket with a seafood style stuffing, or italian cheeses and spices. You can fry em or bake em. Ladyfish make good fish balls and fish patties, made with either bread crumbs or potatoes and panko with seasonings. They are too mushy to really cook normally. I'd totally throw some fiddlers or even weightless shrimp around those bridge pilings there. Get some sheepshead, drum, or trout there! There was another video I watched a bit ago that looks exactly like the same place and they were getting nice trout and some bluefish so it seems like a great spot!

I hear youonthe foot l had a foot issue a few years ago. It was painful for over a year until l bought red wing logger boots. I got an insert and in a few weeks the pain dissappear. I was working in a warehouse at the time. It might have been the vibrant soles on the boots or just a bit of a heal on it but it was the best investment l ever made.
