I agree, I would rather wait for the Lamzu Maya or try out the new Thorn, but I'm not a fan of ergo. I don't like the superlight 2 at all. USB-C should've been in the OG already. The 2k sensor is not an upgrade at all. I also don't like the clicks with the new logitech optical switch. I much rather prefer the old OG's spammable light clicks. (Not the sort of new OG's stiff clicks). They shouldn't have changed those omron(20m) switches. Until I don't find a suitable upgrade and my mouse won't get doubleclicks, I'm fine with OG.

I got this mouse right b4 you made the original review. I came from the G-Wolves HSK pro (fell into the fingertip mouse trap as a new MnKb player) but decided to make the change because I wanted more stopping power and control while tracking. The more I use this mouse the more I like it. KovaaK’s scores dropped initially in the flicking/reaction scenarios but went up in tracking scenarios. They have all gone up now that I’m getting accustomed to the mouse and changed my DPI / sensitivity. Still new to the peripheral side of pc gaming but I’m extremely happy with this purchase 💯

I really like that this mouse has more defined clicks. I can't tell you how many times I've goofed up in CS:GO-either bursting when I meant to one-tap or accidentally unscrewing the M4A1-S silencer in front of enemies-all because the clicks on the GPX1 are so light. I have been wondering about that. Was it a software update like in ghub? On amazon its advertised as having a 4k polling rate but every review i have seen says 2000hz. I also fell for it initially, in a direct comparison with Razor (Viper v2) a 'lag' is quite noticeable in the Superlight 2, as if there is a slight delay, which is not there in the Razor. It's therefore easy to say the implementation is less good. I almost returned the Logitech right away after trying the Razor Viper v2 pro for the first time. But I'm happy I did not do it. After 2 weeks of Razor I returned to the Superlight 2 and it was then when I realized I liked it more than the Razor. I somehow still enjoy the sensor of the Superlight 2 more because of its smoothness. There is something which makes me feel more in control, it feels more natural.

I have one GPX1 for over half a year and the problem with scroll wheel is driving me insane. Its completely unusable especially for a top tier gaming mouse. Constantly misregisters the scrolls and clicks, a lot of the times doesnt register a scroll at all. Ive tried all the fixes i found on the internet and nothing helped. This isnt even an isolated issue a LOT of people have issues with it. Also lets not mention the awful abomination that is GHUB software that doesnt even work 90% of the time. Most definitely will not be buying GPX2 because of all the issues i had with GPX1

This mouse mostly feels like if you were upgrading from an iphone 14 to iphone 15, better internals and usb c. The switches actually don't feel super heavy but the sensor is more noticeable in aim trainers than in game tbh. I am still excited when using this but its not a mouse I'm super glad I upgraded to from the gpx

I'm definitely upgrading my almost 2 year old gpx to gpx 2. I loved the gpx battery life, shape, and weight. I don't mind missing out on 4k polling since im only running 5600x rtx 3070 with 1440p 165hz so i might struggle with 4k polling or just dont feel a difference between 2k and 4k on a low refresh rate monitor like mine. Unless, an even banger mouse on the same price point comes out. Update: my gf got me the superlight 2 so I didn't even have to spend 🤣

Not sure wtf u2 are talking about, but polling rate is how often a mouse tracks sensor input, If you move it in a straight line there’s no perceivable difference between low hz and high hz. The better tracking comes in if you move in a none standard patern, aka up down and sideways in the same motion, tracking things that move both the vertical and horizontal axis. It has nothing to do with what you “see” on the screen.

Based review, Boardzy. When you see other reviews and just look at the specs, you think it might just be the same mouse, but once you actually get your hands on it, it just feels great to use. I'm literally addicted to the tactility of the switches. The sensor is really smooth. It feels great when the battery goes down 12% in two weeks. Once aftermarket skates become more widely available, the experience will be just as good as any 4k top tier mouse.

It's a good mouse, but I'll be returning my unit (white). M1 is noticeably stiffer than M2, the shell has horrible flex/creaking, stock skates are an insult, etc. On the plus side, the shape is extremely safe. The flat sides make it easier to grip consistently, as well as pick up and reset, than something like a DAv3. You also have a bit more fine wrist control thanks to the lower button height. I might pick up a second run copy down the line, but there are too many build quality issues for $170.

You know it’s wild how many people don’t really like this mouse. I never had the original GPX, I went straight to the second model and I like it so far. People complain about the clicks but I like them, they’re crisp and tactile and isn’t easy to misclick. I can understand why people with the first GPX won’t upgrade since there isn’t much new with the second one. Overall I like this mouse, may change up the skates in the future but I don’t know, I perform fine with the stock skates.

It's safe, only way youll break it is if you snap it off with a lot of force. For future reference, if I am removing grips I will usually press down on the click with my other hands finger while taking it off.

I really don't think so. I bought one and I'm so dissapointed. The clicks feel horrible. Very stiff and tactile. They're also very loud. I hate the sound of them. I'm definitely returning it and sticking with the old GPX. The only thing I care about is USB-C honestly. 1k is sufficient and I rather have more battery life than higher polling rate. My 2 year old GPX1 never developed a double click issue but you can always buy a hotswap PCB and switches for a few bucks if it happens.

upgrading the gpro s2 skates might prove deterimental considering logitech has purposefully given paper thin skates so as to suit the new sensor and lod settings , logitech should have provided another pair of skates inside the box since its a premium mouse and most people dont really buy after market skates because of the shipping costs , boardzy gotta ask logitech if the aftermarket skates would work just fine with the sensor implementation

Used gpx for awhile went back to dav2 pro, that shape just fits like a glove for palm/claw grips

The problem I have with the old GPX is my fingers too heavy and I can't tap shoot people. I keep firing multiple bullets 'cause I feel like it's too soft. The GPX2 will definitely the upgrade for me since that's the only complain I have on the old GPX.

You mouse clicks are faulty. You are double-clicking. A common issue with mechanical switches especially once they are used actively over time. It's not your fault it is the switches failing.

So my units has this issue where is if I pick it up and place it down, the senor will stop registering, this happens occasionally, not all the time but it does happen and ill have to lift up and replace this back down for it to comeback. For context i play on a super glide white mouse pad. Is there any reason for this issue and solution?

Have any other mousepads to test on? I've noticed a lot of people mentioning tracking issues for various mice and it's usually a white glass or cloth pad

I have tried it on another mat and it was fine, I didnt think it was the pad considering all my other mice work well, do you think its the GPX2 only? @@MechSniper

I say it all the time on stream, people wanna shit on the mouse because ooooo nooo there’s no 4K, ohhh no the click are heavy this mouse sucks. I have small hands and I’ve been using the gpx2 in my lineup since I got it. The sensor you can actually feel how great it is. I feel like the mouse does outperform some 4K mice on the market. And the battery is INSANE!

I sold my gpx superlight and got the endgame xm2we. It's very comfortable and feels like the the gpx.

I have heard that the white version of this mouse has better grip than the black and pink version. Anybody knows if this is true?

"fuckin click it you'll be fine". The mouse version of "it's not that serious". I get what you're saying about logitech mice tho. Those clicks are just clean and don't deteriorate over time. Reason I keep going back to the GPX when I love the XM1/2 shape so dam much.
