keep yourself EMPLOYED or staying in business (Survive) is key to financial independence. Just use a simple spreadsheet to keep expenses and income from month to month. At least you will know ahead of time that your expenses are running too hot and income is running deep cold in the later months so a drastic cutback to balance the budget or loan(s) will be needed!

Never-ever go to gym , it's a waste of time. Stay outside as long as you can. Walking,jogging,biking,playing basketball,swimming,tennis or any other sport,don't use elevators.
