Yes and No. Some of the risky companies will have solvency issues in current high cost of financing environment. Their low credit ratings will make their capital expenses very high and cut into operating cost. Only a selected few that have already reached the critical mass may worth investing. I think the timing for those should probably wait until Fed pivots. In the meantime, MSFT's solid balance sheet and clout among peers certainly worth a look.

What you did with JPM, I just did with SBR. Bought in around 42 a Share. Catching huge Dividends the whole time, even as it fluctuates (part of why I sold). Only one month with a Dividend under 0.60 a Share, hit 2 Months with it over 1.00 a Share, everything else was between .60 and .80 a Share a Month. So it made money both on Growth and on Dividends. But that won't last forever, and Unrealized Gains are nothing. So I took the HUGE WIN, and rolled it into 4 other Stocks to balance out my Portfolio. I also got out of a small holding of LAND as well. I'd rather the consistent Dividends, and the potential Growth in these 4 Stocks where SBR is the highest it's ever been right now (so odds are it's not going much higher, and someday it comes back down).

They also represent a built in inflation hedge in the sense that as prices rise, spending will rise, and their fee collections will rise proportionally. Regarding the values of your JPM sell you bought your JPM stocks at around $50 (adding dividends to price)? When did that happen? JPM payed a dividend total of $23,46 from 2012 till today so at what prices did you bought JPM to have a 84% gain? I thought you started your depot around 2018. at that time JPM stocks were around $95. So can you please explain these numbers?

they trying to pump the stock either with the icar or the iglasses I think people are just meh at this point in the market. I highly doubt visa and master card will be toppled so far I've never seen anyone use their phone in a store to pay for items. I can see using your phone if your shopping on the phone. I see the signs that say they accept google pay and cashapp but have not seen anyone use their phone.

I think it was very smart to sell those three positions. Cycling through cyclical sectors, industries and companies is always recommend.

Can you make a video about tax advantaged dividend accounts and non taxed advantaged accounts? I know some guys have taxed advantaged accounts? How does that work?

JPM was a good buy for you, I have nothing to add. CHD, I didn't agree with your initial buy, I thought back then it was already an overvalued stock. Good company, just terrible price.

Hi Joseph. Does your software program track South African stocks and ETFs? The JSE has some gems, and if your software does track South Africa, I would love to try it

By the way, if you buy stocks on a stock market, your money will not go to the company (as your video seems to suggest).

Probably a mistake to sell CHD. They are pretty good at brand development, although they choose niche brands. I like CHD a lot better than other consumer product brands.

I'm a Meta shareholder and this are my biases: 1) Steve Jobs is dead, so let's wait before sayng it will be better than the meta quest pro. 2) when this apple vr will be available it will compete with a new iteration of the quest pro. 3) Apple trying to enter the vr market is admitting Zuckerberg was wright about the metaverse and they are just scared

I’m also a META shareholder (my largest position) and it will be interesting to see where the Metaverse leads. Was also good to see Microsoft onboard with Meta and the Metaverse for virtual meetings.

Yeah, to be honest I think Apple releasing a VR headset is a net positive for Meta since it kinda validates the metaverse that everyone has been laughing about (like it always happens, everybody laughed at the internet, at the iphone 3G, at netflix, and and anything new lol)

Meta is the most hated company on the entire planet, and Zuckerberg is the most despised human being on earth. No one with a double digit IQ is holding Meta stock. Apple has and will continue to destroy, annihilate, and humiliate this parasite of a company.
