My team 18 is a week old and has a loose shorting ring and resilient sounds won’t take it back. I sent a video of the coil test and the rattle in the sub and still no response.

Man that sucks fr, try a charge back through the bank for getting a bad product, and then maybe they'll give you a response. I also have a team 18 but I reconed it with a directronix recone. Shortening ring is not needed on mine anymore.

@@starter24starter24I finally got a response and they told me to recone it and I did. They sent me a recone for $300usd. Was a little frustrating cause I spent about $7500cnd on the system with amps, batteries and the sub and box and wiring. The voice coil was reading fine but shorting out inside the motor. It was a new sub so I don’t know. The recone is done as of last night so breaking it in for the second time. I don’t want you to think Resillient sounds is a bad company though, I was frustrated and they have been good to me. They do take a long time to reply and don’t answer their phones but they do respond eventually and I’ve been told if the recone didn’t work they’d send a new sub out. They also offered me a new team 18 for $575usd but the shipping is $450 to get it up here in bc. All good now though. Have a good one friend!

I have two fi hc 15s and I would like to get almost the largest enclosure in 2021kia once I get it paid off im going to do 10 cubic feet in there i want something similar to this setup
