The Monster High doll with the missing arms if there are more in the unit, lot them up together. They sell well as parts and repairs. People will make custom dolls or use the parts to fill in their collection. Have fun digging!! Hope you find lots a great items to sell.

That LL Bean tote is my favorite I got mine out of our third storage unit and it is with me at all estate sales eg now lol I definitely feel you have a hoarders unit Can't wait for your next installment lol

i like how you actually go through things in there and see if it is worth going to sell. a lot of storage owners just buy it and see what is salvageable and discard the rest. even if you can still sell some of it. they just dont want to deal with the small stuff. what a waste.
