It is astonishing that anyone would fall for this. The attitude, personal, intrusive and odd questions all raise a huge red flag as not being a genuine call. This has to be one of the most pathetic and unrealistic calls from the dirty slum dwelling scumbags that I have ever heard ! The filthy beggars must have a zero percentage "success" rate. Does the whiff of "winning" money overide any common sense in people ? And after being spoken to by a person with such a vile attitude I would have put the phone down in an instance. I know scam baiters string the call along for as long as possible but surely a "normal" person would have not put up with the scumbag this long ?! Knowledge is power and I really hope that as many people as possible learn all they can about the various scams out there through viewing all the scambaiters videos. I would say the PCH thing is about pushing sales and it is a scam. Long ago, maybe it was in 1990, a machine called me. I picked up the phone and the playing said that I may be a winner of the PCH sweepstakes but they have noticed that I have not bought magazines. A few weeks after that, I received papers in the mail, from PCH. It was for ordering magazines and I would be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. After that, I received their papers a few more times and then, they stopped forever. So, I am guessing their business model did not work in Quebec. I had seen them on USA TV a few times so I knew about them. I had not thought much about it. Most Quebecers are french and they don’t watch anglophone TV. They probably immediately hung up on the robot call. They are not going to listen to an english speaker. If it was me, I would ban a company that is running a lottery continuously. Their business should be just selling magazines or just running a lottery: not both.
