Its core concept of gameplay is to use weapons that shoot paint at the floor to control territory. The characters are evolved squid that can transform into a humanoid form, as well as a swim form for mobility. It is a family friendly game that I have personally put way to much time into, and as a result, I’m in the top rank. If you still play games I would highly recomend it! It currently has 3 installments: Splatoon on the Wii U(no longer playable) and splatoon 2 and splatoon 3 on the Nintendo switch. If you couldn’t tell I’m obsessed with these games.
