On a serious note, if it isnt a bug, it at least is inconsistent. Ashe' empowered autos dont actually take the full plant in one go, and that is multiple hits too.

Riot being inconsistent? Huh... that's new. On a more serious note, I think it has to do with it actually being multiple projectiles. Ashe shoots fake projectiles, it's one hit that deals damage multiple times.

I just thought about this. Themed weapons should give characters more power similar. Black cleaver should be tailored made for Darius above any champ. Blade of ruined king for viego. Etc
